Based on your arrival time, you'll likely have a chance to unwind and gear up for an unforgettable adventure! Moshi and Arusha, bustling and vibrant, is a key gateway to safaris in northern Tanzania and a common stop for most travelers along their journey.

Day 2

We will collect you from your hotel in Moshi and take you to Materuni Waterfall. Your adventure will begin at an elevation of 2,500 meters with a local safari guide. As you make your way, you’ll have the chance to explore the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, where you can spot various birds, chameleons, coffee plants, and banana trees. Upon reaching the waterfall, you’ll have the opportunity to swim in the crystal-clear pools before returning to the village for a coffee tour. Afterwards, we’ll drive you to Chemka Hot Spring for another refreshing swim in a natural pool teeming with small fish. Be sure to bring your swimwear! Enjoy some drinks while you swim until evening, and then we will return you to your accommodation in Arusha.

The diverse ecosystem, with the lake, forest, and rocky cliffs in close proximity, offers fantastic birdwatching opportunities, so be sure to bring your binoculars!

Wrap up your day with a drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you'll have the chance to see more lions, leopards, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, and hyenas along the way.

Day 7

Tarangire National Park

On the final day of your safari, you'll start with a delightful breakfast before departing for Tarangire National Park, passing through Manyara National Park for a half-day game drive. Arriving at the park by 9 am, you'll be surrounded by the lush forests of acacia and mahogany trees, creating a serene atmosphere. The game drive will continue until the early afternoon, with a picnic lunch included. Keep an eye out for buffalo, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and blue monkeys. You may even catch a glimpse of tree-climbing lions, and if the timing is right, witness the stunning sight of millions of flamingos painting the shoreline pink. By mid-afternoon, you'll make your way to Arusha, where you'll be dropped off at your chosen location by 6 pm.
