Your adventure begins with a departure from Kampala, where you’ll embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. En route, you’ll enjoy a stop at the equator for photographs at the iconic global landmark. Continue through the picturesque highlands of western Uganda, arriving at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park—a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its rich biodiversity, including over 459 mountain gorillas and a variety of other wildlife.

Day 2

Start your tour early with a hearty breakfast before heading to the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing. At 8:00 am, you’ll embark on a thrilling mountain gorilla trek in Bwindi's dense forest. The trek can last between two-to-six hours, depending on the gorillas’ location. Once you encounter these majestic creatures, you'll have up to one hour to observe and photograph them, creating unforgettable memories.

After the trek, you’ll return to the park headquarters to collect your well-earned gorilla trekking certificate. Then, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, the second deepest lake in Africa, for a relaxing evening boat cruise. Enjoy a picturesque journey around the lake’s numerous islands, with a chance to capture the stunning sunset.

Enjoy breakfast at the resort before beginning your return journey to Entebbe. The drive, lasting over eight hours, includes a lunch stop en route. Arrive in Entebbe in the evening, where you will be dropped off at either Entebbe Airport, your hotel, or your place of residence. This will conclude your safari adventure.
