Tarangire National Park

After an early breakfast, check out from Gran Melia and head to Tarangire National Park. Known for its vast elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse ecosystems, Tarangire offers a fantastic first glimpse into Tanzania’s wildlife. Spend the day on game drives through the park, encountering elephants, lions, zebras, and various bird species, with plenty of photo opportunities. In the afternoon, continue on a scenic drive to the Karatu District, where you’ll check in at Acacia Farm Lodge for the next two nights, enjoying an inviting dinner upon arrival.

Journey to the Serengeti

Following breakfast, check out from Acacia Farm Lodge and embark on a drive towards Serengeti National Park. En route, enjoy views of rolling hills, endless plains, and occasional glimpses of wildlife. Upon entering the Serengeti, a game drive begins as you journey to Kati Kati Camp in the heart of the park. Witness the “endless plains” that inspired the Maasai name Siringet, as you encounter the vast herds and iconic predators that define the Serengeti.
