Day 1

We will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and drive you to Tarangire National Park. Since establishing national parks in 1970, the area has transformed from seasonal marshes into the expansive savannah you see today. Tarangire boasts the highest density of elephants in Tanzania, with herds sometimes reaching up to 300 elephants. The Tarangire River, which maintains a steady water supply throughout the year, becomes especially important during the Dry season when many animals from surrounding areas gather to drink. During your visit, you will witness nature at its finest, observing lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeest, zebras, antelopes and gazelles.

Tarangire is also a paradise for birdwatching, home to over 550 species, including the unique Masai ostrich. In the afternoon, we will stop at a scenic picnic spot where you can continue enjoying wildlife watching. Before sunset, we will return you to Arusha, leaving you with unforgettable memories of the park's beauty and wildlife.
