Upon arrival at the airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by a guide from Khwai Expedition Camp, who will escort you on a scenic drive to Khwai Village. The journey takes approximately two hours, offering you the opportunity to enjoy wildlife viewing along the way. As you travel through the picturesque landscape, keep an eye out for various species, from giraffes and elephants to antelope and birds, making this transfer an exciting start to your safari adventure. Once you arrive at the camp, you’ll be ready to begin your immersive experience in the heart of the Okavango Delta.

Exploring Khwai and Moremi

One of these drives will take you into the renowned Moremi Game Reserve, located just adjacent to the Khwai Concession, where you'll discover its diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife, including elephants, lions, and rare species like wild dogs.

Additionally, you'll experience a guided walking safari within the Khwai Concession. This immersive experience allows you to explore the bush on foot, gaining a deeper understanding of the ecosystem, from the smaller details like tracks and plants to the behavior of wildlife in their natural habitat.
