2 travelers on Start dateNairobi to Amboseli - Approx 250km (5-hour drive)
Take the Nairobi-Mombasa Road to the Amboseli National Park. A typical African savannah landscape, filled with colorful Maasai ranchers grazing their cattle and local homesteads, is traversed during the morning drive. Get to the park in time for lunch, and then go on the planned afternoon game-viewing drive.
You can see the numerous elephant herds up close in the park, which is why it's the greatest area in Africa to see them. Numerous other African creatures, including the Cape buffalo, impala, lion, cheetah, spotted hyena, Maasai giraffe, zebra, and blue wildebeest, can be found in the park. There are many species of birds, both big and small. If the weather permits, Amboseli National Park is an ideal location for photography since it provides a stunning view of the picturesque snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. It is the world's highest free-standing peak and the tallest mountain in Africa.
We'll spend the night and dinner at the lodge.

Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park - Approximately 110km (2-hour drive)
Have an early breakfast, check out, and proceed to Tsavo West National Park. The park is commonly known as the “Land of Lava, Springs, Man-Eaters & Magical Sunsets”.
Tsavo West is a stunning, untamed wilderness, from the Shetani lava flows to the sight of 50 million gallons of crystal-clear water spilling out from the under-parched lava rock that is the Mzima Springs. Open grasslands, scrublands, acacia trees, belts of riverine vegetation, and rocky ridges, such as Poacher's Lookout, where visitors may observe the swarming herds in the plains below, make up the savannah habitat.
Some of the most breathtaking game viewing in the world can be found in Tsavo West. Elephant, rhino, hippo, lion, cheetah, leopard, buffalo, and a variety of plant and bird species, such as the endangered corncrake and the near-threatened Basra reed warbler, are among the attractions.
Get there in time for lunch, then go on a game drive in the afternoon. Later, have dinner and spend the night at the lodge.

Tsavo West to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary - Approximately 130km (2 hours 30 minutes drive)
Following breakfast, you will go to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary for a game-viewing drive. Elephants, zebras, buffaloes, giraffes, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and a variety of antelopes are among the more than 50 large creatures that call the sanctuary home, along with more than 390 different species of birds.
You will be staying at Salt Lick Safari Lodge, a popular destination for tourists. The lodge is connected by suspended walkways and has a view of a waterhole. The waterholes are floodlit at night, so you can see the many animals slake their thirst without interruption. In addition to providing breathtaking views of the sanctuary, the raised café and bar are the best places to see the wildlife.
The neighbouring Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa has a museum that displays some of the World War 1 memorabilia as part of the rich history of Taita Taveta County. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive, returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
