Day 1

Transfer to Jinja- Rafting

Transfer to Jinja- Rafting

After breakfast, we will be picked up to start the journey to the adventure capital of Uganda. Upon arrival, we will warmly received the rafting guide team who will brief us on the activity before we set off onto the waters of the Nile River in our Rafts. We prepare to battle the rapids of the River Nile and only stopping once for a lunch break. Our day will end with a barbecue to celebrate the adrenaline rush of the day. We continue to our accommodation for dinner and the much-needed rest.

Day 2

Bungee Jumping-the journey to Lake Mburo

We will start the day quite early so that we can get to Lake Mburo in good time. You can either pack your breakfast or have breakfast before setting out to the Bungee jumping station that overlooks the Nile River. From our adrenaline rush, we will get into our safari vehicles and begin our journey to Lake Mburo. Lake Mburo is Uganda's smallest savannah park but that does not mean that it is short of an abundance of wildlife. Some of the rare antelope species can only be found in Lake Mburo as well as the largest herds of Zebras in Uganda. Upon arrival, we settle into our accommodation and rest.

We awake to the scenic view of Lake Mburo with the perfect African sunrise over the luscious savannahs inviting us to go out and explore the inhabitants of the land. We emerge from the luscious savannahs and after lunch set out to board our flight into Bwindi Impenetrable.

Day 4

We awaken to an amazing day where we will get to stand face-to-face with the Gentle Giants. Our day begins with a briefing at the briefing center that ushers us into the enchanting Bwindi Forest which is home to over 50% of the World’s Gorilla Population. When we are finally in the presence of the Mountain Gorillas, we will get one hour to take pictures and enjoy watching them groom, play, feed, and go about their day. From the depth of Bwindi, we will emerge and get some much-needed rest.

Day 5

Today will be our last day in the impenetrable Bwindi Forest. After lunch, we will set out to the airstrip to check in for our flight into Entebbe which will connect us to our international flight back home.
