Explore the Ngorongoro Crater

Start your adventure early in the morning with a drive to the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the largest unbroken caldera in the world, a natural wonder teeming with wildlife. Enjoy a thrilling game drive on the crater floor, where you can spot a variety of animals, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, and, if you’re lucky, the elusive black rhino. Take in the stunning views and marvel at the rich ecosystem, which also features hippos lounging in the pools and flamingos wading in Lake Magadi.
After a picnic lunch in the crater, continue your game drive before heading to your accommodation for the night.

Discover Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its diverse landscapes and the highest concentration of elephants in Tanzania. As you enter the park, you’ll be greeted by the sight of ancient baobab trees and herds of elephants grazing by the Tarangire River. Enjoy a game drive through the park, where you can see a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, and a plethora of bird species.
Take a break for a picnic lunch at a scenic spot overlooking the river, where you can watch animals congregate to drink and cool off. In the late afternoon, conclude your safari with a final game drive as you make your way out of the park and return to Arusha.
