After a thorough briefing on your itinerary and the details of your vehicle, you’ll be ready to set off on your journey to Sossusvlei. Enjoy the stunning landscapes as you embark on the 5 to 6-hour drive, with opportunities for stops along the way. Upon arrival at Desert Hills Lodge, you’ll be welcomed by the lodge’s warm and attentive staff. The lodge, perched on a natural stone outcrop, offers spectacular views and luxurious chalets that provide a perfect retreat. Take some time to relax and enjoy a sundowner setup while admiring the incredible scenery.

After breakfast at Desert Hills Lodge, you will check out and begin your scenic 4 to 5-hour journey to Swakopmund. Along the way, stop at Solitaire to enjoy their famous homemade apple pie, and at the Kuiseb Pass viewpoint for panoramic desert views - perfect for photos and stretching your legs.

Onwards to Damaraland
After breakfast and your thrilling quad biking adventure, you will check out and continue your journey to Damaraland. This 4 to 5-hour drive offers breathtaking scenery, showcasing a landscape completely different from what you’ve seen so far. Along the way, consider stopping at the famous Zeila Shipwreck or the quaint town of Henties Bay before continuing to your overnight destination, Twyfelfontein Adventure Camp.
Nestled among boulders of a granite outcrop, the camp is just 10 minutes from the Twyfelfontein Rock Engravings, the Damara Living Museum, and within the stunning Aba Huab River Valley.
