Serengeti National Park

After picking you up in Arusha, our safari representative will drive you to the Serengeti. While traveling, you will come across Maasai, and the locals will be grazing their animals along the road. As the grassland savannah extends southward to the horizon, broken only by the so-called kopjes, you will understand why the Maasai named this area. The weathering of granite outcrops created these strange rock formations, known as kopjes. Leopards and other large cats find the plains to be ideal hunting grounds. The car's open roof will give you a fantastic chance to see these amazing animals in their natural environment. You will arrive in the afternoon at your day's destination, the Seronera Valley in the Central Serengeti region. After your picnic lunch in the Serengeti, you will continue with your game drive and later to your accommodation for dinner and overnight at Seronera Public Campsite.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will continue your game drive through the Serengeti National Park, where you will see hundreds of wildebeests, zebras, and frequently lions, as well as other big cats like leopards and cheetahs in the Seronera Valley. After lunch at a picnic area, you will continue driving toward the Ngorongoro Crater, where you will be able to witness the breathtaking view of this amazing natural wonder as the sun sets. You will camp for the night on the crater's edge and take in the breathtaking view as the sun sets at Simba Campsite.

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, head straight to the crater bottom for a daylong tour that includes picnic lunches. The largest intact caldera, the Ngorongoro Crater, is home to an incredible variety of species. With the notable exception of topis, giraffes, and impalas, you may find nearly every species that is found in the East African savannah on the grass steppe and the forests of acacia trees. The Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard) can frequently be seen in a few hours. You will then take a car to Arusha.
