Your journey begins with a charter flight from Nairobi (Wilson Airport) to Amboseli Airstrip, offering scenic aerial views of the Great Rift Valley and, depending on the time of year, the distant Mt. Kilimanjaro towering over the plains. The flight takes about 45 minutes, and you'll be welcomed by a representative from Elephant Camp upon arrival.
The camp features spacious and elegant tented suites with en-suite bathrooms, private verandas, and modern amenities while maintaining an authentic, safari-style experience.
After settling into your tent, it’s time for your first game drive. Your guide will take you through Amboseli National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro.
After your game drive, you will be taken back to the camp to enjoy sundowners on the deck, taking in the majestic views of the park and Mt. Kilimanjaro as the sun sets. Later, enjoy a gourmet dinner in the camp's dining area, followed by a relaxing evening under the stars.

Day 2
Full Day in Amboseli National Park

The early hours are when Amboseli's wildlife is most active, and you'll have the best chances of seeing elephants at the swamps. Enjoy a bush breakfast in the park after the morning drive, served in a scenic spot where you can take in the expansive landscape while enjoying. Return to Elephant George Camp for a late morning of relaxation. You can choose to unwind in the camp or take part in additional activities, such as: •Guided nature walks: Explore the bush with a Maasai guide, learning about the local ecosystem, wildlife tracks, and plant life. Cultural experience: Visit a nearby Maasai village for an authentic cultural experience, learning about their traditions.
After a relaxing lunch at the camp, head back to Amboseli National Park for a second game drive in the afternoon. The Park is especially famous for its large elephant herds. You'll also have the chance to photograph the stunning backdrop of Mt Kilimanjaro. Return to the camp for a sundowner and another exquisite dinner.

Day 3
Final Game Drive & Return to Nairobi

On your final day, take one last early morning game drive. Early mornings are perfect for capturing the last glimpses of wildlife before departure, and you may encounter the famous Kilimanjaro elephants or other species like gazelles, hyenas, and giraffes.
Enjoy a light bush breakfast while watching the morning activities of the animals. Depending on your departure time, this can be a great opportunity for photos of the sunrise over Mount Kilimanjaro.
After the game drive, return to Elephant George Camp for a leisurely breakfast and enjoy your final moments at the camp. If you have time, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax on your private veranda before checking out.
After breakfast, you’ll be transferred back to the Amboseli Airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi. The flight takes around 45 minutes, and you'll arrive in Nairobi by midday. From there, you can catch your onward international flight or continue with your travel plans.
