Kigali City Tour and Transfer to Musanze

You will be picked up in Kigali and proceed with a visit to Kimironko Market for local market experience and go for Kigali Genocide Memorial. After, proceed to Musanze with en route stop at Ikirenga Cultural Center. Lunch en route, dinner and overnight at your Hotel.

Kalisimbi Hike

On this day, you will start your hike with check in with the park guides at the park offices. After briefing, proceed with your hike. You will go with snacks, drinks, porters and cook to support on cooking while hiking. You will continue the day with hiking until you reach where you will camp. Meals and overnight there. Its required to have some level of physical strength as this is a demanding hike done on a high elevation hence needs good hiking gear, rain jacket and waterproof bags for your cameras, phones and other personal items.

Hike and descend down

On this day, your chief will prepare breakfast for you, Thereafter, proceed with descending the mountain. As you hike, you get to experience stunning views; The summit of Mount Karisimbi offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Unique wildlife: The region around Mount Karisimbi is home to diverse flora and fauna and there is a chance to see other wildlife though its not guaranteed. After, descend and meet your driver and transfer back to Kigali with en route lunch. Drop off at the airport or your Hotel in Kigali-End of the tour.
