Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You'll be picked up from Kilimanjaro /Arusha Airport or Arusha hotel at 8.00 am then take a 3-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. You will have a full day game drive inside this park. Later you will drive to Jambo Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
The location of Tarangire National Park is 115km from Arusha and it covers an area of 2800sq km. Wild animals drink water from the Tarangire River where the name Tarangire comes from. Major attractions are tree climbing pythons and baobab trees. You will also be able to see the big four.

Day 2

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we'll head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we'll descend into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti National Park, with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We will head to the CentralSerengeti area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. It features the Seronera River which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore, attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti's species. We will arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and your overnight stay are in the Seronera Camp.

Day 3

Serengeti Plain to Ngorongoro Crater
Wake up early in the morning and have a cup of coffee ready for the morning game drive until 11.30 am. You will be able to see the sunrise and later come back to the campsite for both breakfast and lunch. After you finish, proceed with a game in the Serengeti. Later start driving and do an en-route game drive back to Ngorongoro Crater.
Dinner and your overnight stay are at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro crater to Manyara
After breakfast, you will drive to the crater for the full crater tour. Your expert guide will take you in search of the big game. The relaxed animals allow you to get up close for great photos. This is one of Tanzania’s top parks for sheer wildlife numbers and you are likely to see most of the Big Five, with lion, buffalo and elephant being almost certain. Rhinos are relatively likely, and leopards are a little more elusive. You are also likely to see great numbers of zebras and wildebeests, as well as spotted hyenas that are many on the crater floor. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the camp.

Day 5

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

After breakfast at the campsite, you will continue with a full-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park with packed lunch for game drives. The lake occupies a large area of the park and the forest starts just when you cross the park gate along the base of the Great Rift Valley. There are hot springs to the west of the park. The park is home to the tree-climbing lions, buffalo, giraffe, hippo and troops of baboons. Also, birds like flamingos, ostrich, the Egyptian geese and more are found here. After your picnic lunch, proceed with an afternoon game drive. Later on, we will drive to a Maasai Village to experience the different activities conducted by the Maasai people.
In the evening, drive you to the Arusha town.
