Samburu is home to an array of rare species, including the Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, and the striking oryx. You will also gain insight into the rich cultural heritage of the Samburu people, often referred to as the "butterfly people" for their intricate beadwork and vibrant clothing. As the day draws to a close, you'll return to the camp to relax and enjoy the sunset.

One of the most remarkable features of the Mara is the annual migration of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, which travel from the Serengeti, crossing into Kenya's Maasai Mara in search of fresh grazing grounds. During your game drive, you'll have the opportunity to spot the Big Five in their natural habitat. Rise early for a filling breakfast before embarking on a game drive as you depart the Maasai Mara National Reserve. This final drive offers one last chance to witness the incredible wildlife of the region, so be on the lookout for any final animal sightings as you head toward the Isebania/Sirare border between Kenya and Tanzania.
Once at the border, we will complete all necessary immigration procedures for a smooth transition into Tanzania. After crossing into Tanzania, we will continue our journey toward the Serengeti National Park. Although the drive may be long, the stunning landscapes and possible wildlife sightings along the way will make it a rewarding experience. As you travel through diverse terrains, keep an eye out for herds of wildebeest or elephants grazing in the distance. After a day of exploration, enjoy a hearty dinner and a relaxing overnight stay at your lodge or campsite, preparing for more exciting adventures in the Serengeti.
