Serengeti National park

After an early breakfast, set off for the iconic Serengeti National Park, renowned worldwide for its breathtaking landscapes and wildlife. The drive, though lengthy, offers spectacular scenery, making the journey itself an experience to cherish. For first-time visitors, entering the Serengeti is truly awe-inspiring. The park’s name, meaning "endless plains" in the local language, perfectly describes its vast 6,900-square-mile (18,000-square-kilometer) expanse, where the plains stretch endlessly, challenging your perception of distance.

The Serengeti is home to the incredible Great Migration, featuring over two million wildebeests, countless zebras, and various antelope species. It is also a haven for big cats and predators like lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas. Many iconic wildlife moments, including the dramatic river crossings, have been captured here for documentaries.

Accommodation options are flexible, with the possibility to upgrade or downgrade based on your preferences.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro

We recommend an early start today to enjoy a morning game drive, the best time to see active wildlife and witness a breathtaking sunrise. Following the game drive, you’ll return to camp for a hearty brunch before heading to Ngorongoro, often called the 8th Wonder of the Natural World. Spanning 102 square miles and enclosed by 2,000-foot-high walls, the crater is a haven for nearly all East African wildlife, including the rare black rhino. The landscape features a river, swamps, a soda lake with flamingos, forests, and open plains. It's also home to some of the world’s largest elephants with magnificent tusks.

You’ll arrive at Ngorongoro in time to enjoy a serene sundowner. Accommodation options can be adjusted to fit your preferences.
