Day 1

Transfer to Kibale- Chimp trekking

Transfer to Kibale- Chimp trekking

After breakfast, we will be picked up from our accommodation in Entebbe/Kampala to start the journey to Kibale. Along the way, we will enjoy the beautiful views of typical Ugandan Villages. We will stop for lunch and continue to the park headquarters for the briefing that will give us access to the primate capital of the world to explore its inhabitants. An encounter with the Chimpanzees, our close relatives will leave us in awe as we spend time watching them play and groom.

The Journey to the medley of wonders

After breakfast, we will check out of the safari lodge and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park taking our time to explore the beautiful crater lakes as we prepare for the amazing boat cruise on Kazinga channel after lunch that will bring us close encounters with the aquatic wildlife and so much more that awaits us as you can never know what nature will present.

Day 3

Morning game drive- through Ishasha to Bwindi

We will be up early to have breakfast and set out to Kasenyi for the game drive. After lunch, we will check out of the lodge and continue with a game drive through Ishasha for a chance to spot the tree-climbing Lions. We continue to the Impenetrable Bwindi Forest to check in for the night.

Day 4

Gorilla trekking

Gorilla trekking

We awaken to the enchanting Bwindi Forest before us to a delicious breakfast that will nourish us for the hike to the home of the Mountain Gorillas. A briefing into the activity will unveil the Bwindi forest ushering us in to uncover a world lost in time. We will be permitted one full hour to observe and take pictures of the Gentle Giants playing and grooming one another. We return from the depth of Bwindi Forest and immerse ourselves in the local communities exploring craft markets for some souvenirs before we return to the lodge for much-needed rest.

After breakfast, we will check out of our safari lodge and start our journey to Kihihi Airstrip, where we will check in for our flight to Entebbe International Airport. From here we will connect to our international flight back home.
