Day 4

After breakfast, depart the Serengeti and travel to the awe-inspiring Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the crater and begin your exploration in the northern, drier region. This area offers a striking contrast to the lush southern part, with arid landscapes that are home to elephants, jackals, and possibly cheetahs. Pause to take in the expansive views and enjoy the unique wildlife encounters in this less-visited section of the crater.

After a picnic lunch, move to the lush southern area of the crater, often referred to as the “Garden of Eden.” This fertile region is teeming with zebras, gazelles, and the elusive black rhino.
