Day 1

At 6:00am (pick-up time may vary based on your hotel's location in Zanzibar), our driver will take you to the airport for an 8:00am flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. You will arrive at 9:15am, where your driver-guide will take you on a 1.5-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, sharing insights about the history of Arusha and the Maasai culture along the way.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a packed lunch in the park, followed by an exciting game drive, which will conclude by 4:00pm. Afterward, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Tarangire National Park is renowned for its rich biodiversity, including large elephant herds and varied landscapes ranging from seasonal swamps to savannah, with the Tarangire River flowing through the park. During your visit, you may witness lions stalking their prey or leopards lounging in the trees above.

Begin your morning with a delicious breakfast at 7:00am, as today is the final day of your safari. You will depart for Lake Manyara National Park, where you will embark on an exciting game drive through lush forests and open savannahs, followed by a scenic picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you will return to Arusha Airport in time for your 4:30pm flight back to Zanzibar.

Lake Manyara National Park, situated at the base of the Great Rift Valley, is renowned for its diverse landscapes. The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, giraffes, and a wide variety of bird species that inhabit the alkaline waters of Lake Manyara.
