Your adventure begins with a scenic charter flight from Nairobi to the Masai Mara, offering sweeping aerial views of Kenya’s spectacular landscapes, including the Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival at the Mara’s airstrip, a representative from Mara Crossings Luxury Camp will meet you and transfer you by 4x4 vehicle to the camp, a scenic 45-minute drive that gives you your first glimpse of the Mara’s magnificent wildlife.
At Mara Crossings, you’ll be welcomed with refreshing drinks and a brief orientation of the camp’s amenities. Each of the luxury tents comes with a private veranda, en-suite bathroom, and stunning views of the Mara River, ensuring a perfect blend of comfort and adventure.
In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in the Masai Mara, where your expert guide will take you on a thrilling search for the Big Five and other iconic wildlife. As the day comes to an end, enjoy sundowners overlooking the vast plains, followed by a delicious gourmet dinner.

Full day of Safari Activities and Optional experiences

Wake up early to spot predators, such as lions on the hunt or leopards prowling through the grasslands. Your expert guide will provide fascinating insights into the behaviors and ecology of the Mara's residents.
After the drive, Return to the camp for breakfast with panoramic views of the savannah. After breakfast, take some time to relax at the camp, or choose from a variety of optional activities. For a truly unique experience, why not book a hot-air balloon safari? Floating above the Mara at sunrise, you’ll witness the landscapes come to life beneath you, followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.
In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely lunch back at the camp before heading out on another game drive, exploring more of the reserve in search of additional wildlife sightings. Alternatively, visit a nearby Maasai village for an authentic cultural experience. As the sun sets, enjoy a sundowner and the breathtaking view of the Mara before returning to the camp for dinner.

Day 3
Final Game drive and departure to Nairobi
Final Game drive and departure to Nairobi
On your final morning, rise early for one last game drive in the Mara. Depending on the season, this may be the perfect time to witness the world-renowned Great Wildebeest Migration (typically between July and October), where millions of wildebeests and zebras make their dramatic river crossings in search of greener pastures. If you're visiting outside of migration season, you'll still have the opportunity to witness the Mara’s diverse wildlife, including lion hunts, elephants bathing in the river, and herds of buffalo grazing by the riverbanks.
After your game drive, return to the camp for a relaxing breakfast with a final view of the Mara plains. Take a moment to soak in the sights and sounds of this unforgettable destination before checking out.
You’ll enjoy a final game drive on the way to the airstrip, where you'll board your flight back to Nairobi. On arrival, you’ll be met by a driver for a transfer to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.
