Rise early for a hearty breakfast before embarking on a full day game drive. As the sun rises over the arid landscape, watch for the Samburu Special Five—Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, beisa oryx, and reticulated giraffe—species unique to this region. Predators such as lions and cheetahs may also be spotted prowling the savannah, and leopards are known to lounge in the acacia trees.

Have lunch in the afternoon and proceed for venturing deeper into the reserve. Keep an eye out for elephants, dik-diks, and a variety of bird species, including the vividly colored vulturine guineafowl. Samburu's rugged beauty, characterized by its dramatic landscapes of rolling hills, dry riverbeds, and doum palms, offers spectacular photo opportunities.

Return to your lodge for dinner and an evening under the stars, accompanied by the distant sounds of the wild.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Lake Naivasha, arriving by midday. Check in at Naivasha Kongoni Lodge and have lunch. Later in the evening enjoy a relaxing boat safari on the lake, spotting hippos and diverse bird species. Optionally, explore Crescent Island for a walking safari at an extra cost. Overnight at a Naivasha lodge.

In the afternoon, set out on a thrilling game drive through Amboseli’s diverse ecosystems, ranging from its expansive open plains to lush swamps. The park is famous for its majestic elephant herds and Mt Kilimanjaro.

As you explore, watch for other wildlife, including lions resting in the shade, cheetahs stalking prey, and grazing herbivores like zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes.
