Masai Mara full day
Have an early breakfast at 6:30 am, then depart for a full-day game viewing. This is the most important day since we are hoping to see the Big Five, especially the big cats, which are extremely elusive. We will also visit the famous Mara River, where the great migration takes place. Have a guided tour by the rangers to see the Nile crocodiles and hippo families, and, just to top it off, have a picnic lunch under a tree in the park overlooking the vast landscapes.
Spend the whole day with game drives in search of the Big Five and many other wildlife that inhabits this beautiful savannah land. There will be a picnic lunch at 1 pm.

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, we will proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for check-in, lunch, and a short rest. We will go on an afternoon game drive in the park, famous for its flamingo and pelican population. Apart from being home to various wild animals, the park is a sanctuary for the endangered Rothschild's giraffe and black and white rhino. Dinner and overnight are at your pre-booked safari camp or lodge.
Lake Nakuru National Park was set up to protect the birdlife in the plains and hills surrounding the lake and the huge numbers of flamingos that inhabit the lake shores. Its close proximity to Nairobi (only a 2.5-hour drive) makes it one of the most popular parks in Kenya. The park’s relatively small size allows you to drive around the entire park in half a day. Although you must remain in the vehicle, there are designated picnic and camping sites at which stops can be made.
After the game drive, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
