Maun - Moremi

This breakaway requires an early start, so you'll need to be in Maun at least one day before your requested trip departure date. Your guide will meet you at 07h30 at a pre-arranged meeting point in Maun. From Maun you will drive through to Moremi Game Reserve, a picturesque three-hour drive from Maun. Set amidst the central and eastern reaches of the Okavango Delta, Moremi is celebrated as Africa’s premier wildlife reserve, boasting a rich tapestry of habitats teeming with an abundance of wildlife.

Mobile accommodation consists of Dome Tents (3 meters x 3 meters) with rustic ablution facilities, including a bucket shower and thunder box. All bedding is provided, and guests gather in a covered dining area or lounge, enjoying meals under the shade of majestic trees or around the campfire. This is a non-participation safari (staff perform all camp chores).

Today, you'll bid farewell to the wilderness as you savor a mesmerizing sunrise in Moremi Game Reserve before indulging in a light breakfast and breaking camp. We will then journey back to Maun, arriving at Maun Airport or your accommodation at around midday.
