This morning, you'll take an 8:00 am flight from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport, arriving at 9:00 am. Upon arrival, your driver-guide will meet you and take you on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, where your adventure begins. Enjoy a day filled with remarkable wildlife encounters, followed by an overnight stay at a comfortable camp.
Lunch and dinner will be provided, along with daily drinking water for each guest.
Covering nearly 3,000 square kilometers, Tarangire National Park is renowned for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. The park is named after the Tarangire River, a vital water source that sustains abundant wildlife. During the dry season (June–November), the river attracts large concentrations of animals, rivaling the Serengeti. With its diverse habitats and permanent water sources, Tarangire is home to over 2,000 elephants and an impressive 500 bird species.

Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you'll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling game drive, where you’ll have the chance to witness the abundant wildlife that inhabits this unique landscape. Later, you'll drive back to Karatu for an overnight camping experience.

Often referred to as the "eighth Natural Wonder of the World," the Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact volcanic caldera on Earth. Formed around 2 million years ago when the Ngorongoro volcano erupted and collapsed, the crater's 600-meter-high walls create a natural enclosure. Spanning over 19 kilometers wide, it is home to a diverse range of ecosystems, including acacia forests, hippo-filled swamps, and expansive grasslands. The crater is teeming with over 30,000 animals, including elephants, warthogs, flamingos, a variety of bird species, the rare black rhinoceros, and a host of predatory cats.

Lake Manyara National Park to Zanzibar
After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up for a game drive in the picturesque Lake Manyara National Park. Later in the day, you’ll drive back to Arusha and continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
Lake Manyara is a gem of a park, renowned for its unique tree-climbing lions, herds of elephants, and large troops of baboons. Despite its small size, the park hosts an impressive variety of wildlife and bird species. Its lush green jungle habitat offers a striking contrast to the other parks on your safari, adding a refreshing diversity to your adventure.
