After an early breakfast, head to Tarangire for a picnic lunch and a full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park. While nomadic wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland throng the diminished lagoons, herds of up to 300 elephants scrounge the dry riverbank for alternate streams. Elephants love this national park, which also hosts migrants during the dry season. We eat dinner at Manyara Campsite and spend the night there.
