Day 2

Fly to Morondava and Drive to Kirindy

In the morning, take a domestic flight to Morondava on Madagascar's western coast. Upon arrival, drive to Kirindy Forest, a remarkable dry deciduous forest celebrated for its unique and diverse wildlife. Day 3

Kirindy to Bekopaka

Kirindy to Bekopaka

Begin your day with an early morning guided walk in Kirindy Reserve, where you can spot the elusive Fossa, Madagascar’s largest carnivore, along with various species of lemurs and vibrant birdlife. After the walk, set out on a scenic drive north to Bekopaka, passing through picturesque landscapes and traditional Malagasy villages.

En route, cross the Tsiribihina River on a pontoon ferry, an authentic local experience during which the car is loaded onto the ferry for the journey across.
