Day 1

7:00 AM: You'll depart from Arusha and drive to West Kilimanjaro, about 1.5-2 hours.

9:00 AM: You'll arrive at West Kilimanjaro, Meet your local guide and begin your exploration of the area’s natural beauty.

9:30 AM: You'll enjoy a 2-3 hour guided hike through the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. You'll discover diverse wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of birds. You'll hike to a viewpoint for stunning views of the surrounding plains and the mountain.

12:30 PM: You'll enjoy a picnic lunch in nature, with views of Mount Kilimanjaro or the surrounding hills.

1:30 PM: This continues with a game drive in the West Kilimanjaro Conservation Area, where you’ll have the opportunity to observe local wildlife. The area is home to a variety of animals, such as zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and elephants.

4:30 PM: You'll drive back to Arusha.
