Day 1

7:00 AM: Depart from Arusha drive to West Kilimanjaro, about 1.5-2 hours.

9:00 AM: Arrive at West Kilimanjaro, Meet your local guide and begin your exploration of the area’s natural beauty.

9:30 AM: Nature walk/hike, enjoy a 2-3 hour guided hike through the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Discover diverse wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of birds. Hike to a viewpoint for stunning views of the surrounding plains and the mountain.

12:30 PM: Relax with a traditional picnic lunch at a scenic spot or a local village. Experience traditional Tanzanian cuisine in the heart of nature.

1:30 PM: Visit a Maasai village to learn about their customs, culture, and daily life. Interact with the locals and see their crafts.

4:30 PM: Drive back to Arusha.
