Day 1

7:00 AM : Depart from Arusha drive to West Kilimanjaro, about 1.5-2 hours.

9:00 AM : Arrive at West Kilimanjaro, Meet your local guide and begin your exploration of the area’s natural beauty.

9:30 AM : Nature walk / hike, enjoy a 2-3 hour guided hike through the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Discover diverse wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, and a variety of birds. Hike to a viewpoint for stunning views of the surrounding plains and the mountain.

12:30 PM: Enjoy a picnic lunch in the midst of nature, with views of Mount Kilimanjaro or the surrounding hills.

1:30 PM: Countious with game drive in the West Kilimanjaro Conservation Area, where you’ll have the opportunity to observe local wildlife. The area is home to a variety of animals, such as zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and elephants.

4:30 PM: Drive back to Arusha.
