Masai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve

You will go on two game drives today—one in the early morning before breakfast and another in the late afternoon. Early mornings and late afternoons are the best times for wildlife viewing, as animals are most active during these hours. An early start is also essential to avoid the midday heat. This is when big cats are at their most active, offering incredible opportunities for dramatic photography with stunning natural lighting.

While it may be tempting to stay in bed and wait until the afternoon to explore, the early morning game drive is an experience that will leave you with lasting memories. If you're lucky, you may witness lions during one of their rare daytime activities. Observing the social interactions within a pride, especially the playful behavior of cubs under their mothers’ watchful eyes, is a fascinating sight.

The Masai Mara is also famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.
