Masai Mara Nationa Reserve Full Exploration

After breakfast, you will leave for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. The fantastic wildlife experience continues! Large herds of herbivores graze on the plains, cheetahs and leopards hide in their locations. Masai Mara is the heart of Kenyan tourism, with large numbers of mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and over 400 bird species recorded in the reserve. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, and for this reason, a visitor hardly misses seeing the Big Five—buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino. The midday meals will be at a picnic area near the Mara River migration point. The adventure continues until the evening before you return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3

Masai Mara Final Escapade

Masai Mara Final Escapade

An early morning balloon safari is recommended on this day. You can choose to go on a full-day game drive in the reserve with a picnic lunch or morning and afternoon game drives. Between the game drives, you can choose to go for the Masai village visit, an optional activity. The trees in the distance might turn out to be a family of giraffes, those clumps of bushes a pride of lions, and the rock that moves a rhino lumbering out of your way. With diligence and some luck, you may encounter a family of cheetahs or a herd of elephants crossing the path in front of you. Large animals are not the only entertainment. A family of warthogs may amuse you, running as fast as their little legs will carry them until they forget why they are rushing and stop to regroup. Finally, you will return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
