Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

Enjoy your breakfast while reflecting on the memories you’ve made in the Mara. You have the option of visiting the Masai Village and savoring the local cuisine and the warm hospitality or go for a game drive before embarking on your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park with an en route lunch.

The beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park lies on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland. After breakfast greet the dawn with an early morning game drive, soar across the park which is known for its wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from lake Nakuru itself with the flamingos, to the surrounding escarpment and pictures-que ridges.

Track endangered rhinos in the sanctuary and spot other wildlife such as lions, giraffes and zebras. You can opt to take a boat ride on the lake for a closer look at the incredible flamingo spectacle and other water birds like cormorants and pelicans.

Arrive at Amboseli in time to venture on an introductory game drive. Known for its open grassy plains, low scrubby vegetation, and sweeping savannah, Amboseli is an ideal destination for easy wildlife viewing. The park is world-famous as the best place in Africa to observe free-ranging elephants up close, with abundant opportunities for stunning photography against the iconic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.
