Arusha City to Ndutu Plains (Game Drive)

We will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha or from Arusha Airport at 05:00 AM and begin our journey to the stunning Ndutu area, where an unforgettable game drive awaits. Ndutu is situated in the southern plains of the Serengeti ecosystem and is renowned for its rich wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. The drive itself is an adventure, taking you through picturesque scenery and introducing you to the vast wilderness that Tanzania is famous for. Upon arrival in Ndutu, you’ll immediately notice its unique charm, characterized by its sweeping open plains and beautiful acacia tree forests.

The Ndutu area truly comes alive during the green season, which lasts from December to March. This is one of the most extraordinary times to visit, as the region hosts a remarkable natural phenomenon – the annual calving of wildebeests. During this period, around 8,000 wildebeest calves are born daily, creating a mesmerizing display of life and movement.

Ngorongoro Crater-JRO (Fly to Zanzibar)

You will start your day with a delicious breakfast at the camp at 6:30 AM. After breakfast, you'll head out for a morning game drive while making your way toward the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most famous wildlife destinations in Africa. The drive offers a chance to enjoy the incredible scenery and spot wildlife along the way.

Once you arrive at the crater, you'll continue your game drive inside this natural wonder, home to an abundance of animals including lions, elephants, zebras, and rhinos. At around 1:00 PM, you’ll take a break to enjoy lunch in a designated picnic area while soaking in the beautiful surroundings. After lunch, you'll have an additional hour to explore the crater, spotting more wildlife and taking in its breathtaking beauty. By 2:30 PM, it will be time to begin your drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you'll catch your flight to Zanzibar. This journey combines adventure and relaxation, ending your safari on a high note.
