Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara.

Upon arrival, a driver and vehicle from Basecamp Dorobo Mobile will meet you. In the tradition of classic “fly camps”, Basecamp Dorobo Mobile is the result of years of admiration and respect for the ancient section of hunter-gatherers who were assimilated into the Maasai people and became known as the Dorobo.

Meals and your overnight stay will be at Dorobo Mobile.

You will spend a full day in the Masai Mara. Basecamp Dorobo Mobile offers simple camping in five specially designed mobile tents with soft mattresses, bucket showers and an outdoor toilet. This is ideal for a hiking experience where you want to connect with nature. By removing distractions, the camp aims to bring guests closer to the essence of the African savannah. Activities include guided day and night game drives, picnics and bush meals, sundowners, a Young Explorers Club family activity, guided walking safaris, and traditional ceremonies and blessings.
