Safaris in Masai Mara Game Reserve

After a hearty breakfast, embark on a full day of game driving, with a packed lunch provided. Maasai Mara is renowned for its black-manned lions, as well as its rich diversity of resident wildlife. It's one of the few places where you can spot the Big Five in just a single morning game drive. The cheetahs here are so habituated to humans that they often seek shade beneath vehicles, with some even climbing onto the roof to get a better view of potential prey. For bird enthusiasts, the Mara is a paradise, boasting nearly 500 recorded species, including 16 species of eagle, numerous hawks and falcons, 6 vulture species, 8 stork species, 4 types of bustards (including the Kori bustard, the world’s heaviest flying bird), and 9 sunbird species.

Masai Mara Game Reserve - Lake Nakuru National Park by Road (192 km 3-4 hrs drive)

Begin your day with an early morning pick-up and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned worldwide for its stunning flamingo populations. This alkaline lake is not only a breath taking natural wonder but also a protected sanctuary for over 40 black rhinos and more than 60 white rhinos. While the flamingos remain the main attraction, sometimes numbering up to 2 million, their vibrant pink hues form a striking ribbon around the lake’s edge. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive, where you can explore the park's incredible wildlife and scenic beauty.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Amboseli National Park by Road (362 km 6h 30min)

Start your day with an early morning drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Later on heads towards Amboseli. Upon arrival, check-in at your accommodation and enjoy a delicious lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Amboseli, known for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, is largely made up of a dry, ancient lake bed and fragile grasslands, interspersed with acacia woodlands. The southern part of the park features small, rocky volcanic hills, while the areas around the swamps of Ol Kenya, Ol Tukai, and Enkongo Narok are lush with vibrant yellow-barked acacias and phoenix palms.
