Your driver guide will pick you up from the Hotel/Entebbe and then you start your scenic 5-day Uganda Hiking Mountain Sabyinyo trip to Mgahinga National Park. You will stop at the Equator for photograph and later for enroute lunch before you proceed to Mgahinga National Park, and you will arrive late evening for dinner and overnight.

Early Morning Hiking of Mountain Sabyinyo and Batwa Cultural Experience

Today, you will start the hike to the top of Mount Sabinyo, you can only access from the summit of the park. The summit of the mountain lies at 3,645 meters (11,959 ft) and marks the intersection of the borders of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, and Uganda. The slopes of Mt. Sabyinyo are a habitat for the critically endangered mountain gorillas.
You will see the rugged nature of the terrain along the Sabyinyo slopes that has many craters with sharp ridges. The Mount Sabinyo hike is a one-day hike involving 4 hours to the summit and 4 hours back, depending on the pace and weather conditions. Walking sticks are provided for free meanwhile the porters are available for hire. You will go through vegetation ranges from the bamboo zone between 2400 and 2800m. After ascending to its park, have some rest and your packed lunch. Start descending the mountain. You will get an experience with the Batwa cultural exploration the native inhabitants of Park.

After breakfast, you will drive to the Mweya sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, and you will have a short game drive before heading to the lodge for overnight and dinner. You will search for the Wildlife that live in this park like lions, leopards, warthogs, elephants and hippos by the river banks.

Early morning you will go for a game drive in Kasenyi in search of early grazers, chances for cats, and other wildlife. You will then have lunch at the lodge and drive to do a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel as you will be able to sport various aquatic animals, birds, and many more.
