Day 1

Karibu Tanzania! Upon arrival, our driver will pick you up from Kilimanjaro Airport. He will be waiting for you outside at the exit with a name sign. He will bring you to the Lodge in Arusha for dinner and overnight. Settle into your accommodation, ready to start your safari proper in the morning.

Day 2

Arusha National Park & Walking Safari

Arusha National Park & Walking Safari

Today our guide will collect you after breakfast from the Hotel in Arusha to start your safari. He will brief you about the safari, the schedule, and what to expect. The drive to Arusha National Park will take around 45 minutes up to 1 hour.
Arusha National Park is one of Tanzania's most beautiful and diverse national parks. With its diverse landscapes, from the lush rainforests of the Ngurdoto Crater to the rugged peaks of Mount Meru, this park offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience the natural beauty of Tanzania up close.
In the afternoon you'll embark on a walking safari in the park and experience the beauty of Tanzania's wildlife up close and personal. With the guidance of an experienced and knowledgeable ranger, you'll venture off the beaten track and explore the park's lush forests and open savannahs on foot.
At the end of the day, your guide will bring you to Arusha where you overnight at the Lodge.

Day 3-5

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

We'll depart after breakfast and head towards Serengeti National Park, where we will arrive around lunchtime. The Serengeti is one of the world's most famous wildlife destinations. We'll explore the vast plains in search of the Big Five and other animals. The Serengeti’s scenery is also unforgettable – observe Africa’s iconic acacia trees, the park’s golden grasslands, and great piles of boulders known as kopjes.

As the sun begins to set, the experience isn't over yet - the journey back to your lodge can be just as exciting. As you make your way through the park, you might catch glimpses of wildlife that are more active in the evening hours. The changing colors of the sky and the warm glow of the setting sun add to the magic of the moment. You'll overnight at Melia Serengeti Lodge which is located in the central part of the Serengeti National Park.

On the next day, you can enjoy a full day of game drive in the Serengeti. In the evening, we will go back to Into Wild Africa.

Day 6

Today we wake up early and start the day with a beautiful sunrise game drive. There's something truly magical about experiencing the African wilderness at sunrise, and a sunrise game drive is one of the best ways to do so. The early morning is an incredible time to spot some of the park's most elusive and active wildlife, including lions, leopards, and hyenas. The cooler temperatures and softer light create the perfect conditions for a memorable safari adventure, as you journey through the park's vast savannahs and grasslands.

In the afternoon, it will be time to head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the journey to the park is an adventure in itself, as you traverse winding roads through breathtaking scenery.

Day 7

Ngorongoro Crater

This unique natural wonder is home to an incredible array of wildlife, from herds of grazing antelope to majestic lions and towering elephants. Journeying through the crater on a game drive, you'll have the chance to spot some of the park's most iconic species, including black rhinoceros, hippos, and wildebeest. Your experienced guide will share insights into the ecology of the region, as well as stories and facts about the fascinating behaviors of the park's many species.
The Ngorongoro Crater is a particularly special location for a game drive due to its enclosed nature. Surrounded by towering walls, the crater forms a natural amphitheater that makes it easy to spot a wide range of wildlife. You'll travel through lush forests and open savannahs, taking in breathtaking views of the crater floor and its many inhabitants.
In the afternoon, we'll drive back to the hotel where you will stay overnight at Karatu. Tomorrow a new adventure awaits you!

Day 8

Tarangire National Park

Your guide will pick you up in the morning from the Hotel. The drive to Tarangire National Park will take about 2 hours. Enjoy the beautiful views of the local villages and Maasai herds on the way.
If you’ve never been to Tarangire (and even if you have) you’re in for a real treat. Tarangire is filled with giants – baobab trees all across the park, as well as elephants. Of the big cats, you’ll probably see lions, cheetahs, and leopards around too. Watch out for the wildebeest, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes, and zebras. Your guide will take you off the beaten track and share stories about the park and the natural world around you.
As you enjoy your meal at the picnic site, the sound of birds singing and the rustling of leaves in the wind will add to the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the moment. Later we leave Tarangire behind us and drive towards the beautiful Heart & Soul Lodge.
In the evening, your guide will take you to the hotel where you overnight.

Relaxing days.
You will have 2 full days to relax at the stunning beaches.
Here, you also have several tour options that you can add for an additional fee depending on your preference.
There are private boat excursion tours to visit Prison Island and a picnic on the Nakupenda Sandbank, swim with the dolphins, explore Jozani Forest, and then visit a spice farm or the historical sights of Stone Town.
Or you may indulge in a day of relaxation at the resort's spa or Yoga Retreat as you can choose from an array of rejuvenating treatments including massages, facials, and body scrubs
