Upon your arrival at OR Tambo International Airport, you'll be warmly greeted and transferred to Dumela Tented Camp. Check into your luxurious glamping accommodation and unwind before embarking on an exciting adventure.

At 3 PM, you'll set off on a 3-hour sunset game drive through the Greater Kruger Blue Canyon Reserve. Keep an eye out for iconic wildlife such as lions, leopards, elephants, rhinoceros, and buffalo, as well as other fascinating creatures like giraffes, zebras, and hippos. As the sun dips below the horizon, enjoy a sundowner in the bush, savoring the tranquility of the African wilderness.

Return to camp for a delicious dinner around the campfire, sharing stories and reflecting on the day's thrilling encounters.

Your day will unfold in one of two ways, depending on the optimal wildlife viewing conditions:

Option 1: Early Morning Safari
Rise before dawn and embark on an early morning game drive through Kruger National Park. Enjoy a delicious bush breakfast amidst the serene African landscape before venturing deeper into the renowned Orpen-Satara region, known for its abundant lion population.

Option 2: Leisurely Morning
Start your day with a leisurely breakfast at the lodge, savoring the tranquility of the African bushveld. Later, embark on a full-day game drive, exploring the diverse ecosystems of Kruger National Park and seeking out the iconic Big Five.

After a rewarding day of wildlife encounters, return to camp and relax by the campfire, sharing stories and reflecting on the day's adventures.

Rise and Shine for an Early Morning Safari

Wake up early to embark on a thrilling full-day safari into Kruger National Park. As the first rays of dawn illuminate the African bushveld, you'll have the opportunity to witness the park's iconic wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas, in action.

You'll have the option to either start your day with a bush breakfast amidst the serene African landscape or enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the lodge. The final decision will be made based on optimal wildlife viewing conditions.

Your 7-8 hour safari will take you deep into the renowned Orpen-Satara region, where lion sightings are particularly abundant.

After an exhilarating day of game viewing, return to camp and unwind by the campfire, sharing stories and savoring a delicious dinner under the starlit sky.

Alternatively, you can opt for a full-day Panorama Tour, where you'll explore the breathtaking landscapes of Mpumalanga.

After breakfast, it's time to bid farewell to the African bushveld. You'll be transferred to OR Tambo International Airport, arriving by approximately 5 PM or 6 PM.
