Lake Elementaita
Breakfast at camp and depart towards the Great Rift Valley, arriving for lunch. Afternoon optional horse-riding safari along Lake Elementaita shores. Day two Experience at Lake Nakuru. Lake Nakuru has for a long time been home to thousands if not millions of lesser flamingo colonies due to the lake high alkalinity content. However with time the numbers have decreased as the lake has been affected by silt and high water levels due to the changing weather conditions. Game drives in Lake Nakuru can be very rewarding. Animals include the elusive leopard, impalas, zebras, gazelles, giraffes, waterbucks and buffalos. It is also home to hundreds of other bird species both endemic and migrant species. Look out for the tree climbing lions which can be a spectacular surprise.
