The journey begins as you traverse through picturesque valleys and rolling hills, surrounded by lush tropical rainforests and plantations of coffee, bananas, avocados, and a variety of other tree species that make the region vibrant and unique.
Along the way, you’ll stop to enjoy a delicious local lunch prepared by the Chagga community, offering an authentic taste of Tanzanian culture and cuisine.
After lunch, you’ll continue your journey to the Chemka Hot Springs, a hidden oasis nestled in the middle of semi-arid landscapes. The drive takes about 40 minutes, with the route leading you along a winding, bumpy road. Upon arrival, you’ll be rewarded with crystal-clear geothermal waters surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for swimming and relaxation—a well-deserved retreat after a day of exploration.
