Day 2

At 07h30, you will depart for the spectacular Blyde River Canyon in Mpumalanga. Follow the scenic Panorama Route and visit God’s Window, Three Rondavels, Blyde River Canyon, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, and various canyon waterfalls like Lisbon and Berlin Falls. Pilgrim’s Rest is an authentic historical village dating from the first South African gold rush in 1840 and is now a National Monument. You can take a dip in the beautiful Mac Mac pools to cool off.
If you don't complete the circuit today, you can finish off tomorrow while en route to the Kruger National Park.

Day 3

We arrive in the late morning at the famous Kruger National Park and begin our safari into this bushveld wonderland. Enjoy a light lunch from a viewpoint on the banks of the mighty Sabie River. We continue our game drive and, around 3 pm, check in at Lower Sabie camp.
At 4:30 pm, you begin your exciting late afternoon/sunset game drive with a professional game ranger. The professional game ranger will enthrall you with stories of the African bush and highlight the Big Five and other rare and endangered species.
Please note these safari activities can only be operated by the Parks Board, therefore making it a special experience.

After a very early morning coffee and rusks, we drive into the African savannah and see its wildlife in all its splendor. We will have breakfast at one of the camp stops. In the late afternoon, we break at camp, relaxing beside the pool or on the banks of the Sabie River.
The Kruger Park is home to almost a thousand bird species, amongst which are many birds of prey. Plenty of wildlife can be seen whilst driving along the banks of the Sabie River, including predators like lion, leopard and even the endangered wild dog (painted wolf).
Tonight, you participate in a night game drive guided by an experienced game ranger with unsurpassed knowledge of the African bush. During these game drives, you will encounter those elusive nocturnal animals that are mostly seen after dark, including African cats, both big and small.

Day 5

Early this morning, after coffee, you head south on safari, spotting Africa's magnificent creatures, big and small, before exiting the park.
You will depart for the Kingdom of Swaziland. The landscapes are similar to those of Switzerland. You will visit the Ngwenya Glass Factory and the world’s oldest mine (45,000 years). Then, you see a fine example of San-Bushman rock art (time permitting) created by indigenous people who were once the only peoples of Southern Africa.
You will arrive at Mlilwane Private Reserve in the late afternoon, eSwatini’s first protected area. It's quiet, easily accessible and very beautiful. You can safari walk or cycle freely amongst the hippos, crocodiles, zebras, blue wildebeests, warthogs and herds of antelope. The Nyonyane Mountain, whose exposed granite peak, known as Execution Rock, reaches 1,500m.
It's also an outdoor lover's paradise, with a wide range of activities available.

Before departing for Johannesburg, drive past and/or visit places like the King's Mausoleum, Houses of Parliament, House of Fire and the Royal Palace.
On the way, admire the oldest and best-preserved sequence of volcanic and sedimentary rocks in the world. Known as the Genesis of Life, the Makhonjwa Mountains are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Continue to O.R. Tambo Airport, where you drop off your vehicle.
