Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport by 10:00 AM, followed by a private transfer of approximately 3.5 hours to our lodge near the gates of Ngorongoro. Spend the afternoon unwinding and relaxing, allowing time to recover from the journey and prepare for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2

Ngorongoro Crater - Ndutu

Ngorongoro Crater - Ndutu

Wake up before dawn for breakfast and departure for the Ngorongoro Crater. We will enter the crater as early as possible to optimize sighting possibilities. Packed lunch and at around 3.00 pm we will leave the crater to move towards the most important part of this tour, the Ndutu plains. The journey will last approximately 3 hours during which we could already admire infinite herds of wildebeest and zebras on the move and with a bit of luck the first cheetahs and hyenas!

They will then welcome us from our new camp immersed in the Savannah! Here we will spend 5 unforgettable nights.

Accommodation in tents, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3-5

The program will follow a steady routine over the next few days. Breakfast will be served at 5:30 AM, with departures at 6:00 AM.

We will carry packed lunches to ensure maximum time for wildlife viewing and photography. The focus will be on tracking predators and births, with opportunities to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, caracals, and servals. Classic herbivores such as wildebeest, zebras, elands, impalas, and Thomson’s gazelles will also be abundant.

Birdwatching will be equally rewarding, with sightings of ostriches, rollers, flamingos, and various raptors.

Full-day safaris can be tiring, but our comfortable vehicles allow for rest during the day. Breaks will be taken in safe areas to stretch and enjoy meals. Time in the field will be crucial for maximizing sightings and capturing incredible moments.

Day 6

Southern Serengeti

Southern Serengeti

We will wake up again before dawn, following the usual routine, for the last morning safari experience in the Ndutu area. We will dedicate the morning further exploring the birth area, gradually moving towards the Serengeti region which is also part of ndutu ecosystem.
The bird-life will be equally fascinating, with the possibility of spotting snake snakes, ostriches, European rollers, lilac-breasted rollers, weavers, greater and lesser flamingos, and numerous birds of prey on each safari. There will be regular breaks throughout the day, during which we will get off the jeep in safe areas with our guides to stretch our legs and eat meals. Spending a lot of time in the field will certainly be essential to obtain incredible sightings.

We will wake up again before dawn, following the usual routine, for the last morning safari experience in the Southern Serengeti area. We will dedicate the morning further exploring the birth area, gradually moving towards the Ngorongoro region and begin our journey towards the NgoroNgoro Crater, with the intention of concluding this extraordinary adventure.

In the afternoon we will arrive at the new and fascinating lodge located on the top of the crater. Here we will have the opportunity to rest and admire the extraordinary panorama for our last night in the wild heart of Tanzania.

Day 8

We will get up early for breakfast and leave at first light for a final and spectacular descent into the Ngorongoro crater. We will enter the magic of this place at the first light of dawn, perhaps surrounded by a light mist, for an unforgettable full day safari. We will explore the best areas of Ngorongoro in search of memorable scenes, thus completing our experience in beauty.

We will take our classic lunch break and continue the activities into the early afternoon. We will leave the crater around 3:00 pm, then head very calmly towards Arusha and then Kilimanjaro Airport.

For the night, we will have the pleasure of staying in a 4-star hotel just a few minutes from the airport, where we can rest and share one last relaxing evening together.
