Day 1

Your adventure begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi. Upon arrival at Amboseli National Park, check into your lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch. Afterward, you will embark on your first game drive in the park. Amboseli is renowned for its spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, especially in the early morning or late afternoon, as the mountain often rises above the clouds, dominating the park's skyline. During the game drive, you'll have the opportunity to spot large herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of other wildlife, including lions and cheetahs. The park is also home to abundant bird species, making it a fantastic place for birdwatching. After the game drive, return to your lodge for dinner and enjoy a relaxing evening before resting for the night.

Day 2

The morning is the best time to see predators like lions and cheetahs as they are often more active during the cooler hours. Your expert guide will help you navigate through the park’s various habitats, including marshes, savannahs, and woodlands, in search of the park's diverse wildlife.
Amboseli is particularly famous for its elephant herds, and you'll likely have close encounters with these majestic creatures. Besides elephants, you might also spot buffaloes, wildebeests, gazelles, and a wide variety of bird species, such as flamingos at the park’s swamps. After a break for a packed picnic lunch within the park, you’ll continue exploring in the afternoon, observing more wildlife and enjoying the stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
In the late afternoon, return to your lodge for some relaxation, followed by a delicious dinner.

Day 3

Drive to Lake Naivasha

Drive to Lake Naivasha

On the third day, you’ll depart Amboseli and drive toward Lake Naivasha, a journey of approximately 5-6 hours. The drive takes you through the beautiful Great Rift Valley once again, providing fantastic opportunities for scenic photos along the way. Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha, check into your lodge and enjoy lunch while taking in the serene views of the lake. The lake is home to many hippopotamuses and is an excellent location for birdwatching. You might spot herons, kingfishers, pelicans, and other bird species, as the lake attracts over 400 bird species. Enjoy dinner at the lodge and overnight stay.

Day 4

Drive to Masai Mara National Reserve

Drive to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you’ll leave Lake Naivasha and head towards Masai Mara National Reserve. The drive through the Great Rift Valley is filled with incredible views, and as you approach the Mara, the landscape becomes more rugged and wild, signaling your arrival at one of Kenya's most famous wildlife destinations.
Upon arrival at Masai Mara, check into your lodge. After lunch, you will embark on your first game drive in the park. Masai Mara is known for its incredible wildlife, including the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino), and it is particularly famous for its annual wildebeest migration. The wide-open plains provide fantastic opportunities for viewing a variety of wildlife, from cheetahs and lions to large herds of wildebeests and zebras. The Mara River is also an excellent spot for sightings of crocodiles and hippopotamuses.
Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and relaxation.
