Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, a friendly staff member from Kilimanjaro Bliss Limited will warmly welcome you to Tanzania. We’ll provide a brief overview of your itinerary and answer any questions you may have. Afterward, your guide will transfer you to the lodge, where you can unwind and get ready for the exciting safari ahead.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park

In the morning, your safari adventure begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park, a stunning reserve spanning approximately 2,600 sq km, about the size of Luxembourg. Its landscape features bush savannah, seasonal swamps, and iconic baobab trees. Renowned as one of East Africa’s top destinations for elephant sightings, the park offers incredible opportunities to observe these majestic creatures from the open roof of your safari vehicle.

Beyond elephants, Tarangire is home to Maasai giraffes, gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons, and over 500 bird species. After an unforgettable game drive, you will journey to Karatu for a relaxing overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will head to Serengeti National Park for an unforgettable full-day game drive with a picnic lunch.

The Serengeti is famed for the Great Migration, where over a million wildebeest, guided by instinct, move in an endless cycle of life. This iconic park offers a sensory feast of Africa’s beauty, with breathtaking landscapes, shifting light, and vibrant wildlife. Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you will begin your descent into the Ngorongoro Crater via a narrow, winding road. As you travel down, the lush, forested slopes gradually transition into expansive savannah, dotted with acacia trees. The wildlife in the crater is extraordinary, and with some luck, you might catch a glimpse of the Big Five: lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard. In addition to these iconic animals, the crater is home to a wide variety of species including warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and hyenas.

Enjoy a morning filled with game viewing, followed by a picnic lunch amidst the stunning landscape. In the afternoon, you'll leave the crater and head to Karatu for your overnight stay.
