Day 1

Tarangire National Park

In the morning, your safari begins with a drive to Tarangire National Park, which spans approximately 2,600 km², making it roughly the size of Luxembourg. The landscape is a blend of bush savannah, seasonal swamps, and iconic baobab trees. Tarangire is renowned as one of the best places in East Africa to see elephants, and from the open roof of the safari vehicle, you will have an up-close view of these magnificent creatures amidst stunning surroundings.

In addition to elephants, the park is home to Maasai giraffes, various gazelles, antelopes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, baboons, and over 500 species of birds. After an extensive game drive, you will head to the Farm Of Dreams Lodge for a relaxing overnight stay, reflecting on the day’s incredible wildlife experiences.

After breakfast, you will head to Serengeti National Park for a full-day game drive, with a picnic lunch to enjoy in the wilderness. During the migration season, Serengeti comes alive with a million wildebeest, each following the ancient rhythm of nature, fulfilling their instinctive role in the timeless cycle of life. Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you will begin your descent into the Ngorongoro Crater via a steep and narrow road. The journey will take you through lush forested slopes that soon transition into open savannah, dotted with the occasional acacia tree. The wildlife here is truly awe-inspiring, and with some luck, you may spot the "Big Five" (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard). The crater is also home to a variety of animals including warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and many more. After a morning filled with thrilling game viewing and a picnic lunch, you will leave the crater in the afternoon and make your way back to Arusha.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest volcanic caldera, formed by a massive volcanic eruption 2 to 3 million years ago. Once taller than Mount Kilimanjaro, the crater spans 304 km², reaches a depth of 600 meters, and has a diameter of 20 km, offering a truly remarkable landscape.
