Here, you will receive a detailed briefing about your upcoming safari before settling in for a restful night to prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, we’ll head to Tarangire National Park for an exciting game drive, maximizing your opportunities to spot diverse wildlife. Before sunset, we’ll proceed to Karatu, a charming small town, for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tarangire, Tanzania's sixth-largest national park, offers exceptional wildlife viewing. Highlighlight will be huge herd of elepehants, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, bufallos, gazelles, tree-climbing pythons, lions, and leopards. Bird enthusiasts can look forward to spotting vibrant yellow-collared lovebirds, rufous-tailed weavers, and ashy starlings, all endemic to the dry savannahs of north-central Tanzania.

Day 3

Karatu to Ndutu region

Karatu to Ndutu region

After breakfast, driver you will embark on journey to the Ndutu area, located within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and forming part of the southern Serengeti ecosystem.

Lake Ndutu, an alkaline Rift Valley lake, supports a diverse range of wildlife as its water remains drinkable. From December to March, the short-grass plains host the majority of the wildebeest migration, creating a stunning spectacle for the wildebeest to give birth. The area is also home to elephants, numerous bird species, and a variety of resident game.

Day 4

Ndutu to Central Serengeti

Ndutu to Central Serengeti

After breakfast, enjoy a game drive in the Ndutu area, exploring diverse habitats including swamps, woodlands, soda lakes, and the iconic Serengeti short-grass plains. This is the period when can witness the incredible wildebeest calving season, a brief three-week period when herds of wildebeest and zebras fill the plains, and newborn calves take their first steps.

The open grasslands offer little protection, making the young easy prey for predators. Remarkably, wildebeest calves can run within minutes of birth and are usually strong enough to keep up with the herd within three days. Later, continue game viewing as you head to Central Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5

Central Serengeti

After having breakfast, the driver will be readily waiting for you to embark on a full day game drive. Lunch will be served in the park in the afternoon. After finalizing the game drive, you will return back to your tented camp for an overnight and dinner.

The Serengeti offers an unparalleled game-viewing experience, bringing you face-to-face with the wildlife you've only seen in documentaries. Marvel at great herds of buffalo, lions, cheetah, leopard, zebra, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, and countless eland, topi, kongoni, impala, and Grant’s gazelles.

Day 6

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Have an early breakfast and start to We’ll depart towards Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, you will descend into the crater for a day game drive. In the afternoon, your driver will spot a fascinating picnic site for lunch, then continue with an afternoon game drive until early evening. You will then be taken to your lodge for diiner and overnight stay.

Ngorongoro is an extensive highland area along the eastern arm of the Great Rift Valley, with the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. It is not a national park in the strict sense of the word but was rather established to conserve wildlife and other natural resources. It exists to safeguard the interests of indigenous people as well as promote tourism.

After breakfast, we’ll head to Lake Manyara National Park for an unforgettable experience. Later in the afternoon, we’ll drive back to Arusha (lodge or aiport)

Lake Manyara National Park, famously described by Ernest Hemingway as “the loveliest I had seen in Africa,” boasts a compact yet diverse game-viewing circuit. The lake, covering two-thirds of the park, is set against the stunning backdrop of the Great Rift Valley. The park is a haven for bird enthusiasts, with over 400 species, including flocks of pink flamingos on their migratory route and large water birds like pelicans, cormorants, and storks.
