Meru National Park to Samburu Reserve

After breakfast, journey north to Samburu National Reserve, a rugged and semi-arid region teeming with unique wildlife. Check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch overlooking the Ewaso Ng’iro River. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive in search of Samburu’s “Special Five”—the reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, Beisa oryx, and Grevy’s zebra. Watch elephants wade through the river and predators on the prowl as the sun sets over the reserve.

After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and have a morning game drive. After game drive we travel to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a renowned wildlife sanctuary and home to the last two northern white rhinos. After arriving we check in to our hotel, have lunch and explore the conservancy on game drives, visiting the Chimpanzee Sanctuary and witnessing efforts to protect endangered species. The blend of wildlife and conservation makes this a memorable stop.
