Overnight in Windhoek
Upon your arrival at Hosea Kutako International Airport, you will be welcomed by your Car Hire representative. They will assist you with your included airport transfer to the Car Hire office, where you will receive a comprehensive briefing and the handover of your rental vehicle for the duration of your Namibian safari.
At the Car Hire office, a representative will provide a detailed overview of your safari itinerary and clear directions to your first night’s accommodation in Windhoek.
Enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants the city has to offer or at your accommodation.

Windhoek to Otjiwarongo
This morning begins with an early 8:00 AM departure, heading north from Windhoek. After a 76 km drive, you’ll arrive at the charming town of Okahandja. Explore the Craft Market and consider a morning coffee at Dede’s Place. Continuing through the town, re-join the B1 and travel further north to Otjiwarongo, eventually making your way to the Frans Indongo Lodge.
Please remember to collect your lunch packs before departure. Upon arrival at the lodge, you’ll have the option to book a nature drive or a relaxing nature walk at the reception (on own account).

Otjiwarongo to Etosha National Park
Start your day early for an included guided Cheetah Run excursion. This unique experience offers a rare chance to learn about these endangered predators. You’ll return to the lodge by 10:30 AM, just in time to continue your journey. From there, you’ll head north along the B1, passing through the town of Tsumeb, on your way to Onguma Bush Camp near Etosha National Park. Lunch packs are provided for the road, so be sure to collect them before you leave.
You’ll arrive in the late afternoon, just in time to join an Onguma Sunset Game Drive. Afterward, unwind and enjoy a relaxing dinner to end the day.

Etosha National Park
Today promises a full day of adventure with open-vehicle game drives. The day begins with a sunrise departure into Etosha National Park, a highlight of the safari. You'll be on the lookout for wildlife in their natural habitat, which may include elephants, herds of zebra, wildebeest, springbok, impala, giraffes, and an abundance of birdlife. Your guide will explore the eastern side of the park, stopping at various watering holes to seek out memorable wildlife encounters.
Lunch will be served back at the lodge, followed by a short afternoon break to relax. Later, you'll depart on another open-vehicle game drive, revisiting the morning's watering holes or exploring new routes in search of the "Big Four" species found in the park.
As the day winds down, you'll return to the lodge in the late afternoon, with time to rest before enjoying a delightful dinner under the African stars.

Onguma Bush Camp to Taleni Etosha Village
Enjoy another full day exploring Etosha National Park, this time in the comfort of your own vehicle. Begin your journey by traversing the western side of the park, stopping at various watering holes along the way to observe the incredible wildlife.
Plan a quick lunch stop at the Halali Rest Camp, which is at your own expense.
In the afternoon, continue your exploration, visiting more watering holes and taking the opportunity to stop at the edge of the iconic Etosha Pan.
In the late afternoon, arrive at the Okaukuejo Rest Camp, home to one of the world’s most famous watering holes. This spot is renowned for its remarkable wildlife activity, making it a must-see. From there, exit the park at Anderson Gate and take a short drive to the Taleni Etosha Village Lodge, where you’ll settle in for the evening.

Taleni Etosha Village to Windhoek
Travel south today, passing through the charming town of Outjo, where you can stop at one of Namibia's most beloved bakeries. From there, continue along the B1, traveling through Otjiwarongo and Okahandja. The tarred roads make for an easy and comfortable drive.
Lunch packs are provided and can be enjoyed at your leisure along the way. You'll arrive back at your lodge in Windhoek by mid-afternoon, leaving plenty of time to unwind and enjoy a relaxed evening.
Dinner tonight is not included, but we highly recommend Joe’s Beerhouse for your final culinary experience in Namibia. Renowned for its unique atmosphere and delicious offerings, it’s often said that no trip to Namibia is complete without a visit to Joe’s. Be sure to book your reservation well in advance!

Departure
Depending on your departure time, you will return your vehicle to the Car Hire office. Please remember to refuel the tank to avoid any additional charges.
Once the handover is complete, the Car Hire company will provide a transfer to the airport, ensuring you arrive in time for your departure.
