Day 1

Travel to Kibale National Park

Travel to Kibale National Park

Set off for the western part of Uganda to the primate capital of the world. The Kibale National Park most common with the chimpanzee tracking adventure. The forest is also home to over 13 species of monkeys including the common vervet monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, olive baboons, l'hoest monkeys, red colobus monkeys among others. Lunch in fortportal town. Continue to the forest through the tea plantations and engage with the community in the tea fields. Proceed to your lodge for dinner and accommodation.

Day 2

Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Swamp Walk

After breakfast, you will go for chimpanzee trekking. Kibale Forest National Park is one of the best safari destinations in Africa for chimpanzee tracking. Kibale’s 795km2 National Park contains one of the most beautiful and with the most varying tracts of tropical forest in the whole of Uganda.

This is place to a number of forest wildlife, most especially 13 species of primate coupled with chimpanzees. After chimpanzee tracking, you will have lunch and then visit Bigodi wetland.
