Day 1

Depending on your arrival time at Entebbe International Airport on day 1, you will be welcomed by our driver guide from African Sacred Ibis Adventures who will brief you about the 7 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari and then transfer to the hotel in Kampala where you will relax, have dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Transfer to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Transfer to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After breakfast on day 2 of the 7 days, our driver guide will pick you up from the hotel and start the journey to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. You will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking. After Rhino tracking you will continue the journey with en-route lunch where after you will continue the journey with spectacular and incredible views of the beautiful landscape, homesteads, and local people among others. Upon arrival in Murchison Falls National Park, you will check into the hotel/lodge for a refreshment before embarking on a hike to the top of the falls. Later, you will go on a hike where you will view the beautiful roaring, take some pictures, and enjoy the scenery. Dinner and Overnight Stay.

Day 3

Morning Delta drive and Afternoon Boat cruise

Morning Delta drive and Afternoon Boat cruise

On the early morning of day 3, you have an early morning breakfast and your driver guide will pick you up to go for a morning delta drive where you will able to see animals like warthogs, buffaloes, giraffes, Uganda kobs, zebras, Patas monkeys, baboons, elephants, among others grazing in the open savannah plains, view predators like lions, hyenas, leopards, before they go back to their hiding areas, view different birds among others. After the game drive you will head back to the lodge for lunch.
Later in the Afternoon, you will go for an exciting boat cruise to the bottom of the falls. During the boat ride which takes 2 hours, you will have spectacular views of the beautiful scenery, hippos, and Nile crocodiles in water, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, and antelopes, along the shores, water birds like the kingfishers, bee-eaters, cormorants, and fish eagles among others. After the boat cruise, you will meet up with your driver guide and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Wake up early morning with a delicious breakfast on day 4 of the 7-day Uganda Safari, prepare to exit the park, and proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park. On the way you will enjoy breathtaking views of the crater lakes and tea plantations and upon arrival you will check into the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5

Morning game drive - Afternoon Boat cruise - Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable N/P

After an early morning breakfast on day 5, your driver guide will pick you up from the lodge to go for a morning drive through Kasenyi Plains to be graced with great views of animals like buffaloes, Uganda kobs, giant forest hogs, elephants, bushbucks, lions, leopards, and hyenas, and views of different bird species among others. After the fascinating game drive return to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will go for an exciting boat cruise which is carried out on the Kazinga channel a 40km long channel that connects Lake Edward and Lake Gorge which rewards you with breathtaking views of the large concentrations of hippos and crocodiles in the water, views of elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes along the shores, water birds like kingfishers, fish eagles, hornbills, cormorants, and bee-eaters, among others. After the boat ride, you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park via Ishasha sector for tree climbing lions and later for Dinner and Overnight Stay.

Day 6

Gorilla Trekking

Gorilla Trekking

After an early breakfast on day 6, you will carry a packed lunch and your driver guide will transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing about gorilla trekking.
After the briefing, you will start trekking in the jungle with an experienced park guide who is well-conversed with gorilla trekking trails. Gorilla trekking in Bwindi impenetrable national park takes about 30 minutes to 7 hours depending on where the gorillas are located because they like to move from one to another in such for food.
During trekking, you will be able to view other primate species like, I’hoest monkeys, baboons, bird species, and different plant and tree species among others. Once the gorilla family is located you will be able to spend one hour with the gorillas where you will get an opportunity to watch them carry out their daily activities, learn about their behaviors, and habits, and record the breathtaking moments. After one hour of experience, you will return to the lodge for dinner, and overnight.

Day 7

Transfer to Entebbe or hotel in Kampala

Transfer to Entebbe or hotel in Kampala

After an early breakfast on the last day of the Safari, you will check out of the lodge and meet with your driver guide who will drive you out of the park and start the journey back to Kampala with enroute lunch on the way. You will also have a stopover at the equator in Kayabwe where you will take photos, buy souvenirs, and proceed to Kampala. Upon arrival, your driver guide will drop you off at Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight or drop you off at any place of your convenience.
