Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

Your adventure begins as our friendly guide meets you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. If you arrive late, you’ll be transferred to a pre-arranged hotel in Nairobi to rest and prepare for your journey. For earlier arrivals, you’ll be whisked away directly to the Masai Mara, a world-renowned wildlife haven.
Enjoy the picturesque journey through Kenya’s Rift Valley, dotted with rolling plains, charming villages, and dramatic escarpments. Upon arrival at Sentrim Mara, relax and savor the serene wilderness around you. Later in the afternoon, set out on your first game drive to experience the rich diversity of wildlife. Expect sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes, and maybe even cheetahs.

Full Day in Masai Mara

Today, the day is yours to design with your guide. You may opt for a sunrise hot air balloon safari for an unforgettable aerial view of the park’s breathtaking landscape, followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the untamed beauty of Masai Mara during morning and afternoon game drives. This is the best chance to witness the Big Five and, depending on the season, the great wildebeest migration.

For those eager to learn about local culture, a visit to a traditional Maasai village can also be arranged, where you’ll gain insight into the vibrant traditions and daily life of the Maasai people.

After breakfast, bid farewell to the Masai Mara and head to Lake Nakuru National Park, famed for its beautiful flamingo-filled lake and stunning landscapes. Arrive in time for lunch at the charming Ziwa Bush Lodge.
In the afternoon, explore the park on a thrilling game drive. Look out for rhinos, leopards, Rothschild giraffes, and other animals as they roam against the backdrop of the lake’s shimmering waters.

In the afternoon, relax at the camp or stroll along the lakeshore to take in the peaceful atmosphere.

Following an early breakfast, journey to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch at Sentrim Amboseli. Known for its majestic elephants and stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is a photographer’s paradise.
In the afternoon, head out on a game drive to spot large herds of elephants, lions, zebras, and other wildlife. The sunset over Mount Kilimanjaro provides the perfect end to the day.

Amboseli to Nairobi

This is your last day of this safari. You will drive back to Nairobi, a 4-hour drive, arriving by early afternoon. You’ll be dropped off at your preferred location either a pre-arranged Nairobi hotel or the airport, depending on your departure plans. We welcome you back to Kenya again.
