Nairobi to Masai Mara

Your adventure begins as you arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or are picked up from your Nairobi hotel (Booked at an extra cost). Our friendly tour guide will welcome you and accompany you throughout this memorable journey. We'll drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve, heading to Enkorok Mara Camp. The six-hour journey features picturesque landscapes, including views of the Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with refreshing drinks and a warm welcome from the camp staff. After check-in and lunch, we'll embark on our first game drive, with thrilling wildlife sightings such as lions, cheetahs, and elephants. As the sun sets, we return to the camp for dinner and an evening around the campfire.

Full Day in Masai Mara National Park

After an early breakfast, we set out for a full day of exploration in the Masai Mara National Reserve. This day is dedicated to discovering the diverse wildlife and breathtaking landscapes that make the Masai Mara famous. Our morning game drive will take us deep into the reserve, where we might witness the Big Five lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffalos, along with numerous other species. We'll return to the camp for a relaxing lunch, followed by some leisure time to rest or enjoy the camp's amenities. In the late afternoon, we venture out for another game drive, offering more opportunities to spot wildlife and capture stunning photographs. As the day winds down, we head back to Enkorok Mara Camp for dinner. The evening can be spent relaxing around the campfire, enjoying Maasai cultural dances, or simply unwinding in the serene camp environment.

Leaving Masai Mara, and Heading Back to Nairobi

We begin our day with an early morning game drive, taking advantage of the cool morning air when animals are most active. This is a magical time to experience the beauty of the African savannah and perhaps witness a spectacular sunrise over the Mara. After the morning game drive, we'll return to the camp for a hearty breakfast. Following breakfast, there's an option to visit a nearby Maasai village (at an additional cost of $30 per person) to learn about their rich culture and traditions. As our safari adventure comes to an end, we'll check out of the camp and begin our journey back to Nairobi. The drive back offers one last chance to soak in the stunning landscapes and reflect on the incredible experiences we've had. Upon arrival in Nairobi, we'll either drop you off at your hotel or transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward journey. If you have extra time, you may opt for a city tour or additional overnight stay (at an extra cost).
