Arusha - Tarangire National Park
After an early morning breakfast, we will depart for Tarangire National Park, named after the Tarangire River that runs through it. This "river of warthogs" is the only water source for wildlife in the region during the dry season. The park features diverse vegetation, including elephant grass, acacia woodlands, and lush groundwater forests. It is well known for its elephant families, often seen gathering by the river, as well as giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests. These herbivores attract predators such as lions and leopards. There are more breeding species of birds found in Tarangire National Park than anywhere else on the planet!
After lunch and an extensive game drive, we will proceed to our luxury partner lodges near Tarangire for dinner and your overnight stay.

Maramboi - Lake Manyara National Park
After an early breakfast, we will depart for Lake Manyara National Park, an unspoiled paradise best known for its abundant birdlife and tree-climbing lions. The park’s western border is defined by the dramatic escarpment of the Rift Valley, while to the east lies the shallow, alkaline Lake Manyara. The lake floods and dries with the seasons, attracting thousands of flamingos during the rains.
The name "Manyara" comes from the Maasai word “emanyara,” referring to a plant commonly used to build protective enclosures around family homesteads (bomas). The park features diverse vegetation, from savannah to evergreen forests, providing a habitat for giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, elephants, and, if you’re lucky, lions resting in the trees.
After lunch and an extensive game drive, we will head to our luxury partner lodge in Karatu for dinner and your overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park - Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, which is almost 600 meters deep. Formed when a massive volcano erupted and collapsed two to three million years ago, the crater is famous for its unique geological features and as a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest large mammal populations. The descent itself is an adventure, leading you to the crater floor, where you’ll find an abundance of wildlife, including wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and over 500 bird species. The crater also offers one of the best opportunities to spot the endangered black rhino, which can sometimes be spotted in the open grasslands.
After lunch and an extensive game drive, we will head to our luxury lodge on the crater rim for dinner and your overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, we will depart for Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti is truly spectacular and is famous for its vast open grasslands that provide excellent wildlife viewing. As Tanzania’s oldest national park and one of the world’s oldest ecosystems, its climate and vegetation have remained largely unchanged for millions of years. While the park is home to abundant wildlife, it is best known for the annual Great Migration, when vast herds of wildebeest, accompanied by zebras and antelopes, move in search of fresh grazing. The timing of this migration varies each year, dictated by rainfall patterns.
After lunch and an extensive game drive, we will head to our tented partner lodges for dinner and your overnight stay. You will spend two nights in this incredible place.

Serengeti National Park - Zanzibar
After breakfast, you will head to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar Airport (ZNZ). A stop in Stone Town can be arranged at an extra cost before traveling to the northern coast of Zanzibar, specifically Nungwi, which is known for its stunning white coral sand that seems to glow even after nightfall.
Despite its lively atmosphere, Nungwi still offers a sense of seclusion. Its expansive coastline allows for swimming and snorkeling in some of Africa’s most pristine, reef-rich waters. It’s one of the rare Zanzibari beaches untroubled by the severe undulations of high and low tides, making it perfect for all-day water activities.
A variety of activities are available, including walking tours, sunset cruises, diving excursions, and parasailing. However, simply watching traditional dhow boats drifting on the horizon at sunset is enough to be captivated by this enchanting African beach.
